Many products in our industry come from companies no one really knows – large organisations, multiple layers of management, and decisions made far removed from the people who ultimately use the products.
At fillikid, things are different. Georg and Markus Fill run the company together – and both are parents. We develop our products because we understand what parents really need. Not because a market analysis tells us to.
Everything under one roof
With us, everything happens under one roof: product development, quality assurance, logistics, marketing, product photography, our website and accounting are all done in-house – with short distances and a team that knows each other. And because we don’t have to finance unnecessary corporate structures, we can offer high-quality products at fair prices. Not because we compromise on quality – but because we work efficiently.
Service you can rely on
We also have our own repair department. If a product is sent in and is worth repairing, we repair it – no matter how old it is. We don’t just stock spare parts for current models. That’s not something you can take for granted in our industry. For us, it’s a matter of principle.
