1. General

All products are only available in the stated packaging units and colours. The general terms and conditions are valid for all deliveries. After delivery to the carrier the risk is at the purchaser. We reserve the rights to deliver goods partial if not all of them are available and take the remaining amount in arrears. The delivery of the rest can be made within 6 weeks from the first delivery, unless the customer cancels the open order in writing. If payment is delayed, all our outstanding debits are callable and we reserve the right to cancel open orders. By placing an order or taking the delivery of the goods the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Prices

Prices and conditions are valid exclusively to resellers and are subject to change.

3. Payment – interest for delay

New customers will receive the first delivery generally COD (cash on delivery) or cash in advance. For payment delay we charge interest of 1% per month.

4. Place of fulfillment and place of jurisdiction

Place of fulfillment of payment and effort is Thalgau. Place of jurisdiction is the district court Thalgau.

5. Retention of title

The total delivered goods are our property until full payment of our claims.

6. Shipment

Deliveries are made from an order value of € 300, - (domestic) or € 600, - (foreign countries) net free. Under this value we bill freight charges. The payment of freight costs must be net, without deduction of cash discount.

7. Minimum order value: € 200,-

For orders below € 200,- net we will charge € 5,- markup for small-volume purchases.

8. Goods receiving

Open defects regarding shortages or damage must be reported immediately. Hidden defects can only be claimed within 4 working days from receiving the goods from the forwarder.
